Abstract
The study of Educational Law in Brazil is recent, a fact that is proved by the sparse literature, which sometimes is limited to the analysis

consolidation of Brazilian educational system: a cohesive, coherent and logical system, without fragmentation. Moreover, the consolidation of
the educational system is necessary as a tool to defend fundamental rights, in search of effectiveness of right to education, which is supported
by Brazilian legal planning. The focus of this work is to present an overview of federal educational right.
